In Poland, where I grew up, my palette consisted of photography, oil painting and jewelry design. Travel to places brimming with fine art and culture only fueled my passions.
After coming to Canada, I found a new canvas, hand-painted and screen printed art on clothing, and together with Heather Hodgman, writer and marketer who added her own touch of zen to it, we launched the Queen of Hearts line of wearable art, and later the retail store called FashionArt.
Then digital art exploded onto the scene with its infinite array of possibilities in visual communications and I dove into the sea of Digital Graphics. My DIgital Graphic Design and Training studio called Studio L and later DigitalFelix.net, has been active for more than 20 years and has served many top notch professionals today. Occasionally, I still enjoy teaching, so if you are interested in learning from me, please check the DigitalFelix Training page on this site and contact me.
... Yet all that time when I have been designing, illustrating, teaching and writing magazine articles, reviews, tips, course books and curricula about Digital Graphics, never for a moment I stopped doing my art. I drew, painted and photographed, used my artwork in many of my graphic and training projects and always had some side art project on the go, even if only for the pure fun.
And now, when I realized the opportunities that Print On Demand brings to artists and entrepreneurs worldwide, I applied all of my traditional fine arts and fashion design knowledge together with my in-depth experience in the digital graphics field to the oldest joy of my life: Making Fashion Out of Art.
